In the third issue of the 2024 volume of the pan-Armenian journal Vem, an article by Armine Tigranyan—a staff member of the "Monitoring Artsakh's Cultural Heritage" program—appeared, entitled "The International Community's Disproportionate Response to Azerbaijan's Policy of Destroying Artsakh's Cultural Heritage."

The article seeks to examine the international community's reaction to Azerbaijan's state policy of cultural‐heritage destruction in Artsakh from the 2020 war to the present. It provides a comprehensive analysis and substantive review of international resolutions, declarations, parliamentary acts, and judicial decisions that respond to and condemn Azerbaijan's aggressive actions and aim to protect Armenian heritage—assessing their impact and significance for preserving Artsakh's historical and cultural assets and preventing their destruction.
